Financial Education

Empowering the Next Generation of Financial Leaders

When you know better, you do better. At Alka Financial, education connects financial knowledge with real decisions, practical experience, and opportunities to grow.

Our initiatives support high school students, aspiring financial professionals, and communities building greater financial confidence.

First Money Decisions. First Career Experiences.

Pride Prep

For high school juniors. Financial literacy before the decisions get bigger. Students learn how everyday money choices connect with their plans after graduation.

The program includes videos and workshops designed to make the lessons accessible beyond the classroom.

Pride Professional

For high school seniors. A first look at accounting, finance, business management, and entrepreneurship, with real scenarios rather than just theory.

The program is designed to connect selected students with paid spring internships at Alka. Participation and placement depend on program availability and funding.

From the Classroom Into the Profession

After a first tax season, interns can explore 8-12 weeks of paid summer training through their local Office of Workforce Development. The goal is a pathway that continues through college, professional experience, and qualification.

Learn. Practice. Mentor.

Ask our team about eligibility, funding, and current support for exam fees or tuition. The program is intended to widen access for marginalized communities and welcomes all participants that funding allows.

Bring Financial Learning To Your School

Pride Prep and Pride Professional are designed for delivery with school-administration approval and parental consent. We work with schools on curriculum, scheduling, course credit, and funding rather than expecting families to navigate it alone.

Through our partnership with the Career Immersion Leadership Institute, we help foster future professionals. Tell us about your students and we can discuss an appropriate program.
